When we sell a magic effect, in addition to the gimmick or prop itself, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is done. Once you have learned the secret you obviously can not simply return it. Much of the cost goes into the secret and creativity of the effect, and as you know in magic once you know the secret the magic loses its value. For this reason we can not accept returns except in extreme circumstances in which case you must have previous authorization from PRO-MAGIC before attempting to return merchandise. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned back to sender. We try to describe the effect in the best way possible. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us with any question you may have, we will try to answer the best we can to assist you in making the right purchase to your needs.
Pro-magic is going our best to sell quality products, however in the very rare occasion of a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the item with the exact description of your issue and picture of the defective item and order number. Defective items are items that came with a defect from the manufacturer, and should be returned for a replacement only, no later then 7 days from the day you received the item. Defective items will not be accepted after 7 days.
We aim to the highest level of satisfaction and our goal is to have you, our valuable client the happiest. However, it is your choice of what you wish to order, and therefore we ask you to choose your items carefully, as once again, no refunds or returns for MAGIC items sold.
Shipping:
Packing and shipping:We do our best to pack the items professionally and ship in timely manner. We usually ship within 24 hours, but in high demand please allow us 48 hours to process your order.
Shipping in the USA:Unless otherwise requested, we ship usually with USPS or FEDEX Ground. Please expect 3-6 business days for standard USA shipping. Faster shipping methods are typically available if offered online when you check out.
International Shipping:Yes we do ship internationally. We keep our rights to refuse shipment to certain countries if we feel that are too risky or may have possible scam potential.
Overseas shipping are typically sent by USPS which may take 7-14 business days - but delivery time may vary depend on your location and the USPS shipping service.. Expedited shipping methods are available for additional cost if available while you check out.
Shipping costs:All shipping costs and methods will be presented to you upon your check out and your location. Shipping is calculated by weight, size, location and method of shipment.
Once item has left our location, we have NO control over its shipping time or delivery. It is in the hands of the courier that is shipped with.International shipments may expect delays in costumes or other delays which are absolutely out of PRO-MAGIC’s hands.
