Return policy
When we sell a magic effect, in addition to the gimmick or prop itself, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is done. Once you have learned the secret you obviously can not simply return it. Much of the cost goes into the secret and creativity of the effect, and as you know in magic once you know the secret the magic loses its value. For this reason we can not accept returns except in extreme circumstances in which case you must have previous authorization from PRO-MAGIC before attempting to return merchandise. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned back to sender. We try to describe the effect in the best way possible. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us with any question you may have, we will try to answer the best we can to assist you in making the right purchase to your needs.
Pro-magic is going our best to sell quality products, however in the very rare occasion of a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the item with the exact description of your issue and picture of the defective item and order number. Defective items are items that came with a defect from the manufacturer, and should be returned for a replacement only, no later then 7 days from the day you received the item. Defective items will not be accepted after 7 days.
We aim to the highest level of satisfaction and our goal is to have you, our valuable client the happiest. However, it is your choice of what you wish to order, and therefore we ask you to choose your items carefully, as once again, no refunds or returns for MAGIC items sold.
