Once you have learned the secret you obviously can not simply return it. You are buying an intellectual property in which you pay for, as well as the prop, gimmick if included in the product. We are very careful about protecting the Art of Magic its secrets and creators. For this reason we can not accept returns except in extreme circumstances in which case you must have our prior authorization before you send or attempt any return of goods. Any unauthorized returns will be declined and send back.
Defective returns are for replacement only of the same items.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 21 days of sale. Under no circumstances will defective returns be accepted after 21 days from the original pro-magic invoice date.
A copy of the www.pro-magic.com receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation.
Items showing customer abuse will not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and properly packaged.
Allow 14 business days for processing returns, unless other will be stated.
Exchanges will be only on new items still in its original unopened package.
Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless defective.
Exchange, will be for store credit only applied from www.pro-magic.com. Shipping is not included.
