• Defective returns are for replacement only.
  
• Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale. Under no circumstances will defective returns be accepted after 30 days from www.pro-magic.com  Receipt date.
   
• A copy of the www.pro-magic.com  receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation.
   
• Items showing customer abuse will not be accepted.
  
• www.pro-magic.com  will only accept product purchased from www.pro-magic.com .
   
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and properly packaged .
   
• Allow 10 business days for processing returns.
  
• Exchanges will be only on new items still in its original unopened package. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless defective. Exchange, will be for other products   from   www.pro-magic.com not including shipping.

The products sold on this site are NOT APPROPRIATE for children under age 5.
Many tricks contain small parts that could choke someone if swallowed.
